This is the best coffeemaker we've owned but it did not last long, unfortunately. The good: I love the fact it has a removable reservoir so you can take it to the water and fill it; has measure marks on it. It is programmable and has a glowing lighted clock that makes a perfect night light in the kitchen. It brews fast and has the feature to pour coffee while brewing; has a nice filter basket to hold a paper filter or not. It lasted about 6 mos and just died; would not brew any longer. It was still under warrantee so we called the Sunbeam warrantee 800 number and they sent us another. We have been on the 2nd unit for about 2mos. and it's working fine.
