You have to know, I do NOT exercise, and have never done so. I was using the Wii Fit which was okay but I was looking for something more circuit oriented. This game had 2 different circuits you can do for total body, and they work you out good (or they at least did for me!) What I didn't like is:
* I expected it to be more interactive as far as keeping up with your weight and stats. The Wii Fit gives you a score or feedback as to how you accomplished each exercise, this one does not.
* This game doesn't know if you are doing the exercise or not. For example on the Wii Fit when you are running the remote can sense your movements and stops when you do. This game, you can stand perfectly still and it keeps going.
* I personally didn't like the whole setup, seems very old school.
The exercise is good, but I would have preferred it being more interactive.
