reason for this rating is: Never received item, it was sent to wrong address and returned. the product was sent to my shipping address where as I can not receive usps delivery. If shipping is usps then it needs to do to the billing address and if coming ground then it needs to go to the shipping address. some how we got crossed up on this issue, how or what can we do to fix this error so I can receive the product? Please advise.
