Been working on it for over a month now, and I love it. I think it is a great product for those who want a whole body workout, with plently of variety. I don't think I would recommend it for either beginners or people who are already in great shape. It is more for the average person out there who can easily climb a few flights of stairs, but could also stand to loose 15 lbs.
I was looking for a good workout to loose the baby weight after having my daughter and this is helping tons. Doing 30 mins a day 5 days a week for a month now I have noticed some trimming in my waist line. Some say it is repetative, but I think it has a lot more vareity than any of the DVD's I have tried in the past. Only thing I don't like is she expects the equipment to magically appear and disappear in front of you. While that is not a problem during srength training when you can see it coming up during rests, it becomes a problem during cardio when you are suppose to be moving from one exercise into the next.
