I was hesitant to get this game but thought my 45 lb overweight 50 year old body needed something better than walking on a treadmill and an occasional ride on a stationary bike. We owned the WII and this was a Gold Box Deal so.... I love it. I have been very surprised at workouts. I will be sweating and walking and before I know it, 30 minutes have passed. I agree, read the manual that can be downloaded to give a better idea of the game part but so far....I'm walking and feeling good about my progress without being bored.
