I was Very unhappy the way the shipping was handled. I purposely ordered two videos thinking - if I am paying shipping I might as well get two. I found out when it was too late to cancel that each video came from individuals who each charged me shipping. Additionally one person charged $4 & something for shipping and the other $7 something for the exact same packaging etc. In general I was very unhappy that I was charged the additional $7 and I will be very careful in the future if I choose to use Amazon. Given the option, I will order from someone else before Amazon.
