At first I really enjoyed this program. It certainly works hard and I turned off the Wii sweaty and needing a shower.
But after a while, it gets really dull. You'd better like step, because that's what the workouts are. And it's not combos, which are what I find fun. Just 10 seconds of stepping side to side, followed by grapevine, followed by skipping, followed by kicks, and so on.
This morning I tried an Upper Body workout and was really disappointed. It was a ten minute step class followed by about 20 minutes of pushups.
I will grant that I don't have any of the equipment (ball, hand weights, step), so perhaps the workouts would be more interesting with those, and the game promised more stuff when I unlock higher levels, but it's been a few weeks and nothing's changed, so I'm dubious.
This might be a good game to have to use sometimes, but not for every day.
